Springlake

Situated in the Southwestern corner of Buckhead between Northside Drive and Howell Mill Road and between Collier Road and Peachtree Creek, the neighborhood of Springlake was founded in 1922. Offering a mix of original bungalow and cottage-style homes, along with new construction, residents say that Springlake is one of Atlanta’s most convenient neighborhoods, offering easy access to great shopping, restaurants, Piedmont Hospital, and I-75 & I-85.

The community was developed on what was hallowed ground in the Civil War’s Battle for Atlanta. History enthusiasts will enjoy exploring the historical markers which can be found at multiple locations describing key events surrounding the Battle of Peachtree Creek.

The neighborhood also boasts several pocket parks along with Beaverbrook Park, which features a playground, softball field, and creek. Atlanta Memorial Park, a favorite of families and runners is also nearby. Bobby Jones Golf Course and Bitsy Grant Tennis Center are just a short walk away, across Northside Drive.
